A New Dream is Beginning!

When we opened in 1991, we wanted to create a fun place where consumers could
visit to get ideas for their next project and meet reputable companies who could assist
them with their projects. The concept was a hit and we had over 150 home improvement
and landscaping companies represented at the house of Dreams.

During the first 5 years, we often had people stopping in and asked if we could "just do
the project" for them. In 1996, we took the next step, earned our builders license, and
started building and remodeling! Over the last 15 years, we've remodeled over 600
homes and successfully completed over $20 million in projects. We had the first
certified kitchen and whole house remodel in the state through the Wisconsin Green Built
certification program (before MN had a certification) and we were named one of
Remodeling magazines BIG50 in 2006. During this time, we had a great staff and
we had the opportunity to develop many great friendships with our clients.

After 15 years of remodeling, we have decided it's time for us to follow another dream!
We have a gorgeous showroom/office what would be a wonderful place for entrepreneurs
and small business owners to have their home base. Our showroom is laid out perfectly for
conducting your business, meeting with clients, hosting workshops & seminars, and entertaining.

Perhaps you work at home but miss interaction with others or you just need to get out.
You have a space now, but it's too much money or you hate the long rush hour drive.
