OUR PROCESS
As a Design/Build firm, what sets us a part is our ability to tackle your
project- from Design to Completion. We take the unique approach of working
as a team on your design. Our staff each possess different talents, including
interior design, computer design, real estate, & construction. Taking the
team approach, we are able to work closely with you and utilize everyone's
unique talents to come up with the best design to fit your needs, desires, and budget.
Once
your design is complete- most companies send you all over town to make
your selections. Not at the House of Dreams! Our Design Center in Shoreview,
Minnesota, has 5400 square feet showcasing everything from cabinetry to
flooring. Our interior design staff will work closely with you to make
most of your selections- all under one roof!
Time
to make your dream a reality! As a Design/Build firm, not only do we
design your project, we build it! Instead of worrying about whether some
contractor will build your project the way you envisioned it, your designer
will work closely with you through out the project to help insure that
you get what you are expecting.
Not only does the Design/Build process provide for great communication,
it insures that our production staff and subcontractors understand what
you are trying to accomplish.
