Lino Lakes Whole Home Renovation

Our client's had recently purchased a home on
Otter Lake in Lino Lakes. Working together on the design, we have taken a worn out 1966 lake home and totally brought it up to date. Walls were removed to create a large state of the art kitchen with Bertch cabinetry, granite countertops, and bamboo flooring. Both bathrooms were completely updated.

Patio doors and a new deck off of the dining room were added help to take advantage of the
splendid lake view. The master bath is complete with a new lovely master bedroom and a deck overlooking the lake. A stone fireplace makes the family room a cozy place to relax. The exterior of the home has been transformed with new Pella windows and doors, stained glass, siding, roofing, and a new stone entry.

We took a cold and partially finished basement
and added a warm & cozy fireplace, surrounded with a beautiful river rock hearth. The distressed hickory flooring adds a wonderful rustic touch. Lastly, we took some space from the garage and added a home office with a great view of the lake!
