Every year the Builder's Association of the Twin Cities has an event called the
Parade of Homes Remodelors Showcase. Just as with the new homes you have
probably toured, this event gives you the opportunity to tour a recently
remodeled home. This is a great time to visit a project similar to the one
you may be contemplating. Our Design/Project Managers will be on hand to
show you the quality of our work and answer any questions you may have!


Our Showcase Project This Spring Featured An
Addition & Kitchen Remodel in White Bear Lake



A 12 x 33 addition with a full basement solved the cramped space of
a 1970's rambler. The new kitchen has alder, Crystal cabinetry of varying
heights, amazing granite countertops, an e-granite sink, lighted glass cabinets,
and much more. The master suite has a radius coved ceiling, wood floors, Marvin
windows and a bath which boasts a heated tile floor and flyover cabinetry.
A sola tube brings extra light to a dark walk-in closet.
Seamless steel siding wraps it up.

Last year we featured 2 projects in Shoreview!

Shoreview Whole Home/Addition The original kitchen of this 1950's lakeshore rambler was cramped and dark. The lakeside living room was small and interrupted by a staircase. The narrow screen porch could only be used in the summer. With 2 young children, an additional bedroom would also be needed. By adding to the street side of the house, and relocating the staircase, the lake views would be enhanced and the required additional square footage would be realized. Major structural modifications allowed for an open plan bringing natural light streaming through the home. The kitchen was doubled in size and the new entry and large island will welcome visitors!
Shoreview Lower Level The first thing you'll notice as you enter this lower level is the massive lighted cove ceiling. The next thing you'll notice is that it doesn't feel anything like a basement. This space is very open and bright - it seems more like a main floor family room! Arches & Roman columns divide the sleeping and bathroom area from the living area. There is a full kitchenette that opens to the game room. This lower level also offers a 20 x 12 home office with built-in bookcases. The home theater has a blue lighted coved ceiling, raised floors, and wall sconces. Movies come to life on the large screen! The huge 30 x 20 game room also has a lighted cove ceiling and gas fireplace. This is a must see!
