Lower Level Remodel In Shoreview

The first thing you'll notice as you enter this lower level remodel in
Shoreview is the lit cove ceiling which creates a unique and architectural
point of interest. The next thing you'll notice is that it doesn't
feel anything like a lower level. This space is very open and bright
- it seems more like a main floor family room!

The owner wanted a guest bedroom area for relatives and
friends that visit frequently. So we designed the guest bedroom
with a walk-thru 3/4 bath, large linen cabinets, a large walk-in
closet and a desk and desk. Their guest's will never want to leave!

Arches & Roman columns divide the sleeping and bathroom
area from the living area. There is a full kitchenette that opens
to the game room. This lower level also offers a 20 x 12 home
office with built-in bookcases. The huge 30 x 20 game room
also has a lit cove ceiling and gas fireplace.

This lower level also features a state of the art home theatre.
The home theater has a blue lit coved ceiling, raised floors,
and wall sconces. Movies come to life on the large screen!
Sit back in the big comfy chairs and watch and listen as
